Mission

Make crypto boring, on purpose.

Most of this industry is a casino with a homepage. The parts that actually matter — the engineering, the security tradeoffs, the maths of mining — get drowned out by people shouting about price.

I build the opposite. Infrastructure you don't have to think about, documented so you can run it yourself, with no hype baked into the pitch. Calm, considered, and made to last — all of it real, all of it on testnet, sold as software for a founder or agency to re-brand and launch under their own name and licences.

None of this is flashy. The boring, well-built version of an industry is usually the version that's still standing in five years.

  1. 2014

    Started early, and seriously

    Began writing about Bitcoin's mechanics and security in 2014 — how it actually works at a technical level, not where the price was going. That focus on fundamentals is where the expertise comes from.

  2. 2017

    Engineering over hype

    While the market chased speculation, I went deeper on the technical side — mining, custody, key security, network design. The substance that lasts after the cycle turns.

  3. 2020

    Started the YouTube channel

    Cybersec-focused, with crypto self-custody as a recurring theme. The audience overlaps heavily with the blog.

  4. 2023

    Infrastructure failure, lesson learned

    A hosting failure took the old site offline and cost me the domain. It's exactly why everything I build now is self-hosted, version-controlled and reproducible from source — resilience designed in, not bolted on. The failure became the blueprint.

  5. 2025

    Rebuilt, properly this time

    Reconstructed the whole thing from the ground up on infrastructure I control end to end. Deliberate, documented, and built to outlast the next thing that goes wrong.

  6. 2026 · now

    Built the white-label stack

    A complete, working crypto stack — site, wallet, blockchain and pool — running on testnet, sold as software for someone else to re-brand and launch. This site. Where you are now.

What we work on

Three things, in this order.

We build the software, hand it over re-branded, and write about how all of it works. The buyer takes it to market.

The software

A multi-coin mining pool, a proof-of-work chain, native wallets and a marketing site — built and run on testnet, with transparent configurable fees and an on-chain audit log, so a buyer sees exactly what they get before they commit.

The handover

We re-skin the stack in the buyer's brand and hand over the full source. They run the launch, the mainnet and the licensing; we remain the developer of the software.

Blog & YouTube

Twelve years of plain-English crypto and security writing, plus a YouTube channel — the thinking behind the engineering, so a buyer knows exactly how it all works.
