FAQ
No. This is a software product for sale, priced in GBP. You are buying a technology stack to build and operate — not a token, a security, or any kind of financial return. We make no claims about the future value of anything you launch.
No. Everything you see runs on testnet, and testnet coins have no monetary value. They exist to demonstrate that the stack works end-to-end. Any mainnet launch — and any value it might carry — is entirely the buyer's undertaking.
Yes. We run a live, guided walkthrough of the real stack — testnet BTC moving through a real wallet, the pool and blockchain operating. It's a demonstrated, working system shown in a walkthrough, not a public self-serve endpoint you connect to yourself.
On handover you become the issuer and operator. You take on mainnet deployment plus whatever your chosen jurisdiction requires — financial licensing, AML/KYC, investor relations and all promotion of the launched product. Requirements vary by region; you take on whatever applies where you operate. We remain the developer of the software.
Third-party security audits are coordinated but billed separately to the buyer. Licensing, legal and compliance for your launch are yours to arrange. The software sale contract itself is reviewed by a solicitor.
On handover, the buyer becomes the issuer and operator. They assume whatever their chosen jurisdiction requires — mainnet deployment, financial licensing, AML/KYC obligations, investor relations, and all promotion of the launched product. Requirements vary by region. I remain the developer. I am not the issuer, not the operator, and I do not handle funds.
