Troubleshooting
Search by error code or scan the table. Each row links to the full fix.
Miner connects but shares are rejected
Almost always a worker username / wallet address mismatch. Check that the user field is exactly the wallet address followed by '.workername'.
"Stratum +tcp" connection refused
Region URL is wrong, or your firewall is blocking the port. Try the EU/US/AS variant and confirm port 3333 is open.
Wallet won't sync after restore
Initial sync can take 2–8 hours on a fresh device. If the progress bar isn't moving for >30 minutes, switch to a different node in Settings → Network.
'Signature could not be verified'
Either you're running a wallet older than v1.0.4, or the binary was tampered with. Re-download from the verified source and re-check the SHA256.
Testnet GCC node desync after fork
Expected during testnet. Run `gcc-node --resync --from-genesis` and you’ll catch up within the hour.
Payout below threshold — when will I be paid?
Once your balance crosses the per-coin minimum (e.g. 0.0005 BTC), the next daily run pays it out automatically. No request needed.
