Self-serve · chain component

Your own blockchain — real, and demoable.

A standalone Scrypt proof-of-work blockchain with its own genesis block, network parameters and custom address format. Now sold as the £99 chain component — or as part of the £299 full stack, the £999 branded build, or a bespoke engagement.

What you get

  • A Scrypt PoW chain you configure and run (Docker)
  • Genesis tooling (build-coin.sh mines your genesis)
  • Custom address prefix support
  • electrs indexer config
  • Build notes and a rebrand guide

How it works

  1. 1

    Buy the component

Instant download with its install guide.

  2. 2

    Set your parameters

Edit one env file: name, ticker, block time, reward, prefix.

  3. 3

    Build & run

One script compiles your chain and mines your genesis; Docker runs it.

Questions

Is it a real chain or a token?

A real, independent blockchain — its own genesis, its own consensus, its own addresses. We’ve built and proven this end-to-end (it’s what GCC is).

Why Scrypt?

It’s mature, CPU/GPU-mineable for demos, and the Litecoin-family base is well-understood and reliable to fork. Bespoke builds can discuss alternatives.

Is this an investment?

No. This is a software product or service, priced in GBP. You are buying technology and time — not a token, a security, or any kind of financial return. We make no claims about the future value of anything you launch.

Do the coins have value?

No. Everything is demonstrated on testnet, and testnet coins have no monetary value. They exist to prove the stack works end-to-end. Any mainnet launch, and anything it might carry, is entirely the buyer’s undertaking.

Can I cancel after I download?

Digital items are delivered immediately, so at checkout you give express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right ends when the download begins — that’s the standard UK rule for digital content. If something is broken, email us and we’ll fix it.

You talk to the developer who built it — that’s me, Steven. No reseller, no sales team.
